Luis at reception was really kind. The room was spotless, and there was hot water plus free drinking water to refill on every floor. It’s a strong budget choice in Zone 1, close to the city center and some great restaurants. I’d recommend it.

The location could be great, but they apparently don’t have the rooms they let you book. Afterward, they try to move you to a different hotel.

We had parking in a garage, and the room was clean with hot water. The downside was being on the main floor beside the lobby and restaurant. Noise started around 5 AM, with people talking and kids running about, and we could smell food from the restaurant.

It did what we needed for a stop on the way to the airport. The room wasn’t especially pretty, but it was clean, inexpensive, and right in the center.

I’m so thankful to Fabiola, Billy and don Juanito. They were a huge help while I was recovering from surgery. The place was affordable, clean and quiet, and the staff were all so friendly and helpful. Thanks, and keep up the good work 👍
