La Inmaculada Hotel

Every employee was great, from the reception team to housekeeping. Mrs. Alyson was one of the wonderful people at reception, and Mr. Steven in accounting deserves thanks too. I loved how safe and clean the hotel felt, and the rooms were excellent, especially with no carpet. The service and location were great, with Oakland Mall within walking distance and restaurants like Insurgente and Saul nearby. I really enjoyed my stay and appreciate everyone here. The owner must be proud.

For this price, it’s ridiculous. There wasn’t even hot water, and at one point there was no water at all. The shuttles cost extra at certain times and are overpriced.

The clean room and secure entrance made me feel comfortable, and the staff were helpful from the first booking email onward. La Inmaculada Hotel is in Zone 10, near La Aurora airport, and Oakland Place, a large modern shopping complex, is within walking distance. The property has a beautiful courtyard and a rooftop restaurant on the fourth floor with incredible views. Breakfast there was unforgettable. La Estación, a smaller mall with excellent places to eat, is about two blocks away. We especially enjoyed Fridas Restaurant and Graciela. The hotel itself is beautiful and well located.

The noisy rooms let in a lot of sound, so light sleepers may want to think twice. Apart from that, everything at the hotel was great. The lobby and restaurant staff could be friendlier.
