I’m Tracy! I’m using my daughter’s phone to post because I can’t seem to get to the hotel’s page from mine. I’m here with my daughters and two pets, and we’re comfortable. The staff are kind and accommodating, the place feels safe, and there are amazing stores nearby. I travel with the girls and work late two nights a week as a trauma counselor, taking client calls on my phone and laptop across Europe and the United States. It can be a headache. Between longer Airbnb stays, I need fresh air and privacy in a hotel. Here I can sit downstairs in the lobby or in my car in the secure garage, which works perfectly. There’s plenty of privacy, and sometimes I have long waits between calls and might doze off. I’m grateful to feel at home and earn money while traveling. We feel good here, and I’d recommend this place to more travelers.

We spent a week here and had a great experience with the service. The rooms were really clean, and all the staff were so nice. It felt safe to leave our belongings there. I’d recommend it as the number one hotel in Guatemala, especially if you’re visiting and want a super clean place with kind staff.

The only real letdown was having no hot water for a shower. I’d booked one night before an early flight from La Aurora, and it was great to be just a 10-minute walk from the airport. The room was small, but the bed was comfortable, which was all I needed.

The rooms were clean, and the host and hostess were very friendly. It’s about two blocks from the airport. They also have free coffee with cinnamon and water in the lobby.

The hosts were helpful and accommodating, and the breakfast was excellent. Our room and bathroom were very clean, too. It’s conveniently close to the airport, about a two-minute drive or a ten-minute walk, and we really appreciated the free shuttle there. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely return if we’re in Guatemala City.
