I loved watching the sunrise from the end of the pier each morning. The hammocks are nice, the pool is enjoyable, the shower worked well, and the bed was comfortable. The rooms are each decorated differently. The best part of the property is Yovany, the most gracious, helpful, understanding, and multilingual hotel manager I've ever met. He goes above and beyond to make sure you're comfortable, and knows so much about the area. Don't miss a chance to talk with him!

The people were lovely, and arriving by boat at the hotel's own docks was really convenient, whether coming from Rio Dulce or heading to Playa Blanca. It's a nice place right by the water. I only spent one night here and stayed elsewhere in Livingston for about the same price the next night. That other hotel felt like better value.

Yobany was especially helpful with transport and all the questions we had, and the staff spoke fluent English. They also told us about the Belgian history connected with this place. Everyone welcomed us so warmly. There's a lovely pool too, and you can use it for a small fee even if you're not staying there. 😄

The manager really made the stay. He speaks fluent English, is proactive and helpful, and made us feel at ease from the start. The rooms were roomy, spotless, and had comfortable beds. Shops and restaurants are all around since it's right in the center. We loved it here.

The bedrooms were clean, but the WiFi barely worked and the pool wasn't great. It's not awful, just not somewhere I'd choose again. For what you get, it costs too much.
