This was our final stop on a 10-day trip around Guatemala, and we picked it based on the reviews. It was absolutely the WORST hotel of the trip. Some staff seemed to have guests over after hours, and they were loud and intoxicated in the waiting area. I say staff because we called the front office and asked the receptionist to speak with them, but nothing was done. After we asked them to keep it down several times, they finally quieted down around 2 am. I highly DO NOT recommend this place unless it puts a better noise policy in place for other guests.

The food was delicious, and the hotel was very clean. The staff were so friendly and looked after me like a king. This is one of the best places I’ve stayed in Guatemala, and I’d definitely come back.

I was treated to breakfast, and those croissants were exquisite, thank you. The staff were really friendly, the price was nice, and there’s a spacious parking lot. GUATEMALA
