The beach view from the second-floor pool is lovely, but the room was awful and the night was terrible. When we arrived, there was no WiFi, despite Google Maps saying it was available. Later, both the water and air conditioning stopped working, and noise continued until 1 a.m., so I couldn’t sleep until 2. A man cleaning the pool managed to fix the AC, and the noise stopped, which finally let me sleep. I woke at 7 a.m. to find our room flooded from a leak. One of our bags was on the floor, and everything inside was soaked. We complained about all of it and got half our money back.

The dorm beds were comfortable, and it stayed nice and cool at night. The staff treated us really well, and I had a great time. The pool was a bonus since the ocean can sometimes be rough for swimming. We tried the falafel, fish tacos, tostada de pulpo, and veggie pizza, and all of it was delicious. I’d definitely recommend the place! :)

The service was awful. Staff didn’t follow through or listen to complaints, and the air conditioner was broken. They charged me twice, then denied an electronic credit and insisted on getting my bank details. I filed a complaint with my bank. The food and drinks were horrible: the food came out undercooked, and when I sent it back, it was returned the same way. Prices are far too high for the food and service. The place was dirty, water came through the ceiling, and drunk people played music all night. Complaining to the hotel didn’t help. The location is bad for noise. Avoid staying here.

I only stayed for the weekend, but it was amazing. The ocean view was beautiful, the food was great, and the staff were so kind and helpful. I needed a plastic bag for my wet things, and they sorted it out right away. Thanks for a great weekend!

We liked it so much that I added another night because I didn’t want to leave. The terrace is beautiful, the pool is relaxing, the food is delicious, and the employees are very friendly. Everything was really clean, and I’d absolutely recommend the place.
