The customer service was the best, everyone was friendly, helpful, and full of joy. The place has a family friendly, exclusive feel and beautiful views. Everything was clean and tidy, including the large pool, and the terrace was amazing for photos. The food was absolutely delicious. Words can’t describe how perfect everything was.

The food was 10/10, piña coladas 8/10, and mojitos 5/10, and the staff were super friendly. Just know the water is generally salty, including in the pool, sinks, and showers. It’s a beautiful place and I highly recommend it, but having fresh water in the pool and shower would make it much better. 👌🏼💯

The beds were comfortable and spotless, and the service was spectacular. It’s a great family friendly place, definitely one of the best options for enjoying the beach in such a good location.
