I loved having cleaning included, and the girl was so kind and sweet. The house was spacious, nicely decorated, comfortable, and laid out well, with everything equipped. The beach is just five minutes away, and the pool is great. It's quiet and family and pet friendly. I'm already checking dates for another trip. Only problem was that the bathroom door locks didn't work properly.

The pool was spotless and excellent, and the food was delicious. The place is lovely and looks just like the pictures, so I do recommend it. We stayed in villa 14, though it's beginning to show its age: the front door wouldn't shut right, neither would the glass pool door, the bathrooms had a slight smell, and the towels were worn. A few small fixes would make it perfect.

The facilities are good, but customer service has been terrible. I left my glasses behind and called just five minutes after leaving. I know it was our mistake to forget them, but so far they've only ignored my message. I'm 100% sure I messed up customer service.

The sea is a long way off, and the pool water looked dirty and green. Food service was awful too. They wouldn't make our pizzas because they said they didn't have enough time.
