Angel did everything he could to make our stay comfortable, and I’d absolutely come back. House Zope is a little away from the main drag, but nowhere in Pana is far to walk. And if you love animals, you’ll be happy there: I loved the cats, the cute little dog, and the rooster.

We had a great time. The room was really spacious, and the shower had hot water. Angel was a wonderful host, quick to reply and always ready to help.

Angel was the best part, always glad to answer questions about Panajachel and the surrounding area. It’s basic accommodation, but has what you need: a comfortable bed, private bathroom with a hot shower, and plenty of room. Good location and great value. I’d definitely recommend staying with a local family.

The host was friendly and helped with tour bookings and information about the chicken buses. The room was very large and had its own bathroom, and the stay was nice and affordable. It’s tucked away in some small streets, but as a woman traveling alone I never felt unsafe.

A nice little place for a night or two, close to town. Angel was a great host. He met us at the shuttle and showed us the way to the house.
