Hotel Hanna Suites

The worst part came at checkout: the young woman accused us of taking a towel, though we hadn't, and charged us extra for something that was never missing. Even before that, our one-night stay was awful. The room and its bedding and towels all had a musty smell that wouldn't go away. There was no kitchen equipment for making even a simple meal, and the shower gave only freezing or extremely hot water, with nothing in between. The hand rinse didn't work either. I wouldn't stay here again. Better places are available for the same price or less.

I left early in the morning to find somewhere else to rest. At this place, the nighttime noise made sleep impossible, and the hot water didn't work, so I couldn't shower. The room smelled awful, had several blood stains on the walls, and even had scorpions. The hotel badly needs cleaning and maintenance. The bedding and pillows were poor quality, too. I was also charged an extra cash fee on top of what I'd paid for the reservation. The price is unreasonable for the service, especially with other options nearby. I don't recommend staying here.

The view is amazing, and the rooms were lovely, clean, and backed by excellent service. There's no restaurant, so you'll need to go out to eat. Aside from that, it's great.

My mother has severe asthma, so we couldn't safely stay in any of the rooms we were shown. They had a strong damp, mouldy smell and poor ventilation, and the air felt very uncomfortable. The bathrooms had only a curtain between them and the bedroom, which offered no real privacy. The beds were old and uncomfortable, and the linens didn't look clean or well cared for. We chose not to stay, but the owner refused to refund us and showed no compassion toward my senior mother, who has health issues. I'm very disappointed with both the conditions and the customer service. I should have taken pictures, but I wasn't able to.
