The woman who helped me was really friendly, and the place was fine overall. One thing to know: if you need to go out, they shut the door and you'll have to find a staff member to let you back in. Hot water isn't available all day, either, so tell them if you're planning to shower.
It's a peaceful, central place in Quetzaltenango, a good choice if you need somewhere quiet for the night. The facilities are good, the service is excellent, and the price is hard to beat. I'd recommend it to travelers with little luggage or anyone just passing through.
