My top-floor room had a nice view, and breakfast was nice too. The bed was comfortable, the towels were good, and the shower was hot. The rooms were excellent, and the staff were helpful and excellent. The hotel is attractive and very well maintained. I really enjoyed staying here.

Right in the city centre, this place was very quiet. The rooms were comfortable, and the staff were friendly and very helpful. Highly recommended.

The service was 10/10, and I felt good here. The beds were great, with enough duvets, so the earlier comments about it being too cold may have been addressed. I had to leave early and didn’t try breakfast, but the kitchen had everything you’d want and was very clean. I’d recommend staying here anytime. And the dog is absolutely lovely!

A modest room at a great price, with lots of hot water. The gardens are beautiful, and the staff were friendly and helpful. They even let me park my motorcycle in the upper foyer. Super cool hotel.

Prices are okay, and the hotel itself is okay too. The water in the rooms is “hot” as long as there isn’t a power outage, which seem to be happening more often in Xela. I stayed in the Antigua room, and it was awful: almost no air circulation, a funny smell, and it was really stuffy. There’s just one small window, opening onto the hallway, so you either suffocate in the room or put up with the noise from other guests.
