The location is handy, with restaurants, cafes and the ferry port nearby, but there's nothing luxurious about this property. Both of our basic bedrooms had no windows. The shower was only lukewarm, the sink had cold water only, and the mirror was mounted so high you could barely see yourself. The taps were half broken, and flushing the toilet made a noise like a washing machine. The reception staff mostly gave one-line replies and had an attitude. They didn't greet us with a smile or offer tips or advice, and we had to ask for room cleaning and fresh towels. They could use some customer service training. Sublime across the way played loud music from 6pm until 11pm. Light sleepers should avoid staying here.

The staff were all really friendly, and the rooftop terrace has a nice view of the lake. The location is good too, but things feel worn and tired, so don't expect much from the word “luxurious.” A little overpriced.
The terrace is lovely, the location is great, and some of the staff were genuinely kind. The room was another story: the bed had a huge Bentley car logo embossed on it, which felt quite tacky, and it was broken along the sides. The sink tap was broken too. “Luxury” seems to be used very loosely here. This place could use some TLC.
The manager and service were very kind and helped us with the problems in our rooms. They moved us to another room and let us check in early. The location and view are amazing, the rooms are big, and the bed was comfortable. We didn't mind the noise, which usually stops at 11pm. At first we were in an apartment that wasn't part of the hotel. Its bathroom wasn't in good condition, smelled damp, had very weak shower pressure, and flooded after every use. The room we moved to also had low water pressure and a damp smell.
The views were spectacular, and water was available at the front desk, which was great. The hotel was perfect for us apart from the loud music from sublime, which started at 6pm and usually continued until 11. It's very close to the boat dock.
