I booked a room on August 31st after my flight was changed and I needed somewhere for the night. I was given room 105. It looked cozy and nice, and everything seemed clean except the bed. The sheet was tucked in tightly, as if it had been freshly made, but when I opened it, I found hair and saw that it was dirty. It looked like someone had slept there and the sheets hadn't been changed. I tried to find the receptionist, but because it was late, no one was there.

My husband, daughter, and I had a horrible stay. At breakfast the food was served sloppily, and there was no water for tea. The attendants sat in a room, so we had to keep knocking to ask for water or a cup. The water pressure was so low in the morning that taking a shower was difficult. The breakfast was awful too. Never again, and I wouldn't recommend this place.

I thought I'd leave after three days, but I ended up staying for a whole month because it was so comfortable. The price is on the high side, though I didn't mind paying it. Food service could be a bit slow.

This was my second stay. Nearly everyone was great, especially the breakfast restaurant ladies, housekeeping, and security staff. The exception was one receptionist. Breakfast itself was a letdown, so we went to a restaurant two blocks away.

The room was clean and right in the center of town, and breakfast was excellent. The price seemed fine too. What more do you need from a hotel? Thanks for everything.
