My first night in the penthouse suite was awful. The room looked extremely dated, the AC made a loud noise all night, and the sheets had lots of stains and looked as if they hadn't been changed. I went to the front desk, but the receptionist said there was no refund and nothing he could do. I booked for one night and the service was terrible. If you're planning to stay here, look at the room before paying, because they won't refund you.

Management was friendly and caring. I like the convenience of this hotel, right in the middle of the city and close to all the shops I need.

I wanted to rent a place, but they wouldn't speak English slowly enough for me to understand. Even after I asked them to slow down, they spoke faster and said they didn't speak Spanish. They weren't friendly. I think they don't speak Spanish and won't accept anyone who does.
