Having restaurants and bars right at the hotel was so convenient. We could unwind there after a day of exploring without needing to go out again. The staff were friendly, attentive, and clearly wanted to make the stay pleasant. The rooms feel brand new, with modern furnishings, and were comfortable and restful. A real gem in Guyana. I'd recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, easy stay.

The rooftop bar was a highlight, with city views and a relaxed spot to have a drink or light meal in the evening. I also enjoyed the breakfast buffet, which had a wide range of choices, and the restaurant serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner with fresh ingredients and good presentation. My room had smart lighting, digital controls, fast Wi-Fi, and handy charging ports. The hotel was clean throughout, from the spotless room to the well-kept shared areas. Staff were warm, professional, and happy to help, and every interaction felt genuine. Aiden by Best Western Georgetown combines modern comfort and thoughtful amenities with great service. I had a memorable stay and will definitely return on a future visit to Guyana.

The room was nice and the price compares well with other hotels, so it felt like better value. Noise is an issue anywhere I've stayed in Georgetown, with loud music and car and motorcycle exhaust audible at all hours. That's just how this part of town is, not the hotel's fault. Service was fine, though you can tell the hotel is new and staff are still learning. The food was good and there was a very good range of dishes, but it is pricey. I plan to stay again next time.

We were overcharged for rooms that had already been booked at a lower rate, and my wife had to ask for the difference back. The rooms themselves were decent, but there was no pool for kids. At breakfast, a waitress asked for our room number at least three times, which seemed unprofessional. Staff, including the maids, would stop working and stare at us, and we felt watched throughout the stay. We were a group of more than 10 family and friends visiting Guyana for the CPL finals. Some were there for the first time, others had lived there before. From check-in, the staff seemed unwelcoming and suspicious, whispering among themselves and giving us unfriendly looks. We had an extremely disappointing experience and won't return. Best Western needs to restructure its staff ASAP. If I could, I'd give this a negative 5-star review.
