I booked four nights, but when I arrived at night, two aggressive men told me there was no booking. Expedia has other people reporting the same problem again and again. Terrible.

My daughter is staying at the hotel now, and from what she's told me, the cleanliness, management service, and food have all been very good. As a father sending her from Cuba to Guyana to sort out immigration issues, I've been frightened about her safety, the food, and everything else. On her arrival day she had a bad experience, but it had nothing to do with the hotel. The staff were incredibly kind and attentive, helped calm her anxiety, and made her feel safe. The food selection has been fantastic, and the management has been excellent. I'd heard for years about what Cubans go through in Guyana, so I was bracing for the worst. Based on my experience and my daughter's feedback, I'd definitely recommend this hotel to anyone in Guyana. I'm grateful she's staying there. Thank you for everything.

The bed was so thin I could feel the slats underneath. The bathroom sink and shower faucet were broken, and no one understood me or spoke any English. I can't find anything positive to say.
