The pool was a lovely place for the whole family to relax, and the breakfast was a real highlight, with a splendid variety of fresh choices for everyone. We also appreciated the strong security presence, which gave us peace of mind throughout our stay. At Tower Hotel, the staff made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived, with helpful and courteous service. The rooms were clean and comfortable, so settling in was easy. A safe, relaxing, and enjoyable family stay. 😉

The pool felt like a little paradise in the middle of busy Georgetown, and the hotel itself was very nice and peaceful. Thanks especially to Nigel, who looked after us throughout and made our stay fantastic.

The employees were helpful, and our room was clean and welcoming. We came for two weekends in a row, and both times the pool was just what we wanted, and more. The atmosphere was great.

On my earlier visit, I checked out the same day for several reasons. I saw someone who seemed to be the owner or a person in charge cursing and chasing an employee. Before that, I'd heard her giving orders rudely, without a “please” or “thank you.” As a born and bred American, I was shocked. You don't speak to adults that way. The pool was green too, completely unacceptable for a hotel. Recently, a friend's aunt held her birthday at Tribe. A few of us stayed, though I initially refused to stay overnight because of that previous experience. I only stopped by to check on them, and wow, what an upgrade. The poolside now feels like a beautiful mini resort. This time the service was excellent, the team professional, and breakfast was 10/10. I ordered from the pool menu and the food was amazing. The new manager's energy and approach impressed me. Watching her with the team, I thought, “Yes, this is how it’s supposed to be!” The staff seemed happier too, and the difference was clear. It looks like they're under new management, and it shows. My friends and family had a wonderful stay, and I can confidently say I'll be back. Fair is fair: if past experiences put you off, give this place another shot. It's worth it.
