Crowne Plaza Hong Kong Causeway Bay

Breakfast was next level, and the staff were busy but all smiles. A huge thanks to the welcoming breakfast team, especially Kamena, who was lovely and made my morning every day. She's a real asset to the company. The hotel's location is phenomenal. The shower was divine and the rooms were generous and gorgeous. I'd happily stay again and thoroughly recommend it.

This was my first stay at Crowne Plaza HK, and I'd recommend it to other travelers. Ms Fresa and Ms Natasha were very friendly and helpful to me and my husband, even booking famous restaurants for us. Many thanks for their excellent service, and to the housekeeper on the 17th floor too. I'll stay at this Crowne Plaza HK again next time.

We didn't stay at the hotel, but Muskan, a front desk staff member originally from Nepal, was incredibly kind. My husband and I were lost at 2 a.m. after booking another hotel for the wrong date, and there were no rooms anywhere. We came here desperate for help. Though this hotel was fully booked and Muskan was busy, she patiently helped us look for other hotels and guided us through downloading booking apps. She went well beyond her duties with warmth and professionalism, and truly saved our night. We saw firsthand how exceptional the service is. Thank you, Muskan. We'll choose this hotel next time we're in Hong Kong.

We usually stay at the Crowne Plaza whenever we visit Hong Kong. This time there were two small housekeeping issues: the liquid soap container was missing one day, and the bed wasn't made on our last day. The buffet breakfast had good service and variety, though I'd like to see more vegetarian options to balance things out.
