Hyatt Centric Victoria Harbour

We really appreciated the thoughtful complimentary birthday cake. The location is excellent and convenient, but the bathroom is quite small. They don't provide even basic things like a shower cap. We were told three would cost HKD 50, which was disappointing.

The main restaurant has awesome food, with five-star quality and service, and the lounge is great too. It's a dog and animal hotel, so there was a lingering dog smell in the rooms. Apart from that, it's very well run and in a great location, with easy access around town and nearby bus services.

We had Hyatt Guest of Honor perks, including the full Globalist elite status benefits, and enjoyed club access and a room upgrade. The breakfast spread was wonderful every morning, with lots of choices like different congee, dim sum, noodle soups, vegetables, and pastries. They even had the iconic Vitasoy drinks I've loved since childhood.

The breakfast at the Victoria Harbour Lounge was so good that we went there before our planned daily breakfast meetups with family in Hong Kong. The buffet had excellent variety: authentic dim sum as good as local restaurants, American favorites like sausage, eggs, bacon, and smoked salmon, and plenty of freshly cut fruit. Table service for drinks made it feel special, and you can ask for coffee to go. The Harbour views were beautiful at breakfast, too. Our room was spacious and beautifully renovated, a comfortable place to come back to after exploring the city. Staff were warm, attentive, and professional, and handled every request with a smile. The Hyatt Centric Victoria Harbour exceeded our expectations from check-in through check-out. We had a spectacular stay and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Hong Kong.
