The Putman

The room sizes are large by Hong Kong standards, and the staff were professional. They were especially considerate since we had a toddler with us, and arranged early check-in at our request. Room service staff did a fabulous job as well. There are some minor issues with the property’s condition, though that’s true of plenty of other top-notch hotels and Airbnbs. The location was fantastic and the room was very clean.

Really spacious for Hong Kong, clean, urban and convenient for getting to most places. It’s a great service apartment hotel. There’s a gym but no pool. Eddy and the whole team were very hospitable, and I’ll definitely stay here next time.

I wanted an aparthotel for my four-day trip, and Putman was a wonderful choice. The service was impeccable, with nothing to fault about the staff. The apartments are bright, airy and nicely decorated, and they’re genuinely huge, with all the amenities you need. The location is ideal too, within walking distance of everywhere. It’s honestly the only place I’d consider staying in HK. Thanks so much, Putman. I look forward to coming back.

Putman is ideally located if you want to explore Central and the surrounding districts. I’m usually in Kowloon and the TST area, but this was a great choice for seeing a different part of the city. The room was clean, functional, spacious and had a great view. The staff were amazing, especially the girls working there now. They helped with everything I needed and knew lots about places around the city. I’d give the service 5 out of 5. Thanks again, you really turned my trip from good to great.
