I paid in full through trip.com, but after arriving I was left waiting an hour to check in. They first switched my room from the 10th floor to the 16th, then told me to come back down to the 10th because no room was available. In the middle of the night, after paying and waiting, I found out I couldn't stay. They didn't refund me and said trip.com would, even though this booking wasn't refundable.

The room was tiny, with a basic bed, one blanket and a thin sheet that wasn't changed until checkout. The bathroom was small and smelled of sewage, and a towel cost HKD 20. I saw cockroaches crawling around, so bring bug spray if you decide to stay. This felt like false advertising.
