Twenty One Whitfield

The room was fairly spacious for two, bright and sunny, with a nice partial harbour view. It had a fridge, cooking utensils and an induction cooker. I loved how wide the bathroom window opens. But in winter it was cold, the heater didn't work, and the blanket was too thin. The key operated door was hard to lock and unlock, and the elevator was slow. There was no water bottle, so we had to get water from the fountain on the 5f. You can also see what people in the next building are doing, and the Chinese guests were loud. Reception staff barely greeted us, so I wasn't sure what they were doing. Location was 4/5: a mart, local market, bank, cvs, MTR stations at fortress hill and north point, tram, foot massage shops and restaurants are all within walking distance. It's 30 mins from the airport, and there's a 5X bus stop right in front.

Our family really enjoyed the stay during the Christmas season. The room was clean and tidy, and the front desk ladies were very helpful and patient. They explained how to walk to a nearby restaurant and helped us get the internet service set up. They speak Mandarin very well. Thank you to Ms Suki and her colleagues for a lovely stay.

Miss Chow welcomed us warmly when we checked in and did her best to meet our requests and needs. Thanks to her and the hotel staff for making the stay comfortable and pleasant. The hotel was clean and within walking distance of plenty of food options and the MTR, so we'd recommend it.

After four trips to hong kong, this is the biggest room I've had. The studio was spacious, modern and comfortable, with a good view, very strong water pressure and a large window in the washroom that was a plus. It was clean too. There's an A11 bus stop near the hotel for a direct ride to the airport. Jupiter st. tram stop is a five-minute walk, Fortress hill is seven minutes away, and there are plenty of food options within five minutes on foot. Really convenient and a great fit for young groups and young families.
