David at the front desk noticed both my Hilton status and that my birthday was coming up the next morning. After breakfast, he asked me to come by the desk, and I wondered what it was about. He'd arranged a delicious birthday cake and a Hilton note with a message from him and the staff. That made my stay feel perfectly Hilton. As someone who travels often, I was wowed by the attention to detail and hospitality at this new Hilton property. The staff are what make Diamond members. Their care is why I extended my stay by two more days. A shout-out to the Chief for the delicious breakfast, Ashley at the front desk, and everyone who took care of housekeeping. You're all amazing, and I look forward to staying here again.

The breakfast buffet had a great selection, all hot and fresh, and the overnight front desk staff were pleasant and helpful. When we needed jumper cables, one of the front desk agents brought some from her car. They also made my grandmother a cup of tea when her stomach was upset. The team really lives up to the Hilton name, with the attentive service you'd expect from a full-service Hilton. This is one of the best hotels I've stayed at in Honduras. We spent one night at the start of our trip and two at the end. It's literally across the street from the airport. Kudos and congratulations to the whole team!

One poor woman was trying to manage the whole breakfast area by herself. She worked hard, but there were way too many people for her to keep up with.
