A good budget base for exploring Copan, right on the main square next to the church. The rooms are basic and small, fine for a short stay, and the staff are friendly. Breakfast is cheap, though there are better options outside the hotel.

We had a large room with a spacious roof terrace looking over the main square, and the AC worked well. There was hardly any noise after around 10 at night. Downstairs, the shady courtyard is full of plants and has a pool. Parking right in front was easy, and I'd happily stay again.

Right on Copan's main square, this is a nice hotel beside the church. You can hear some bells and music from it.

I stayed in April 2024 and really enjoyed both the town and the hotel. Copàn is charming, and the hotel sits on the main square beside the church. You can walk easily to just about everything, including the Mayan World Heritage site, only a kilometre away. Our room had a double bed, hot water and air-conditioning that was a lifesaver. The pool was inviting and a good way to cool off.

The beds were comfortable and the staff were friendly, with decent English. We had no other problems, though the toilet didn't always flush properly and we couldn't figure out the shower knobs. It's a decent little hotel.
