The beach was dirty, and there were so many mosquitoes that it was hard to have a nice time. Service was really bad too. Our villa had no internet, and its damaged TV wouldn't turn on. The shower drain was broken. We were told maintenance would come fix it, but no one did. The main AC in the villa was extremely dirty as well.

The area is huge and easy to get lost in, so I wish there were more directions. It's also quite far from the nearest downtown, and waiting for the bus isn't a great option. Be ready to take a taxi every day. The place is clean, and all the workers are nice.

It's far too expensive, and I won't be back. Plenty of cheaper places offer equal amenities. A resort needs attractions to feel like one. Most hotels have pools, so pools alone don't count. This just isn't what it once was.

I found a dead fly in the bed I was about to sleep in. The buffet also had few options, and the food was slightly cold. I got food poisoning, so I'm never going there again.

The villas are nice and spacious, and the beach is good Caribbean beach. Breakfast buffet was good too. There are other good activities nearby.
