Breakfast was the highlight of our one-night stay. The service was great, and the room had everything we needed: a comfortable bed, air conditioning, a well-stocked bathroom, and Wi-Fi.

There’s no window or fresh air, and the room is too small for two double beds. Breakfast was only 2/5 for me. The step at the entrance, the cramped room, and a door that blocks wheelchair access make it inaccessible. I wouldn't stay again.

Supervisor Jesús and the rest of the staff made us feel like family. They knew us by our first names and kept checking that we were taken care of. Five stars for the hotel and its amazing team.

We stayed for 13 days, including a four-day trip to Choluteca in the middle. The hotel kindly stored some of our luggage while we were away without charging extra. My only issue was grease on our pants from the laundry service, though I think that service is separate from the hotel. The bed was very comfortable, and the rooms were clean and well maintained. Staff were super friendly and attentive, and the quaint little hotel is near downtown SPS, with plenty of restaurants and entertainment, including casinos. We had a good experience and would stay here again next time we're in town, whether for a short visit or a longer stay.

The rooms stay clean, and the staff are kind and efficient. I recommend hotel Verona as a great place to stay.
