Hostal Juan Lindo

Juan was the highlight for me. He's a generous, open-minded and accommodating host, and even let me hang around after checkout because my flight wasn't until late at night. The hostel itself has a lovely garden outside, and it's in a posh, safe neighborhood with greenery and big fancy houses. There's a nice hiking trail nearby if you want to get out into nature. Services are a bit of a walk away, which is the one drawback to the location.

Juan, the owner, was incredibly kind and helpful. I arrived late at night, and he even offered me food from his fridge. The hostel is comfortable and had everything I needed, including a spacious bathroom, well-equipped kitchen, clean rooms, and a cozy common area. The nearby bus stop is convenient, but there aren't any shops close by, so bring groceries or take the bus from the nearest stop. It's the only hostel in the city, and I had a great one-night stay. I'd definitely recommend it.

The hostel is in a great location and feels very safe. You can walk to the shopping center, and it's near the city center. The hosts took care of everything, and the owner and his daughter even arranged karaoke one evening. They're the best! If you're staying in San Pedro Sula, I definitely recommend this place.

The murals are really cool, and the beds are comfortable with spacious bathrooms. It's a bit out of the way, but still worth it and easy to reach. The neighborhood feels very safe, with a good hike nearby. Juan was welcoming and really helpful with information.
