There were 15 of us, and even though we only stayed one night, it was a very convenient place with excellent service. Our rooms were clean and comfortable, and the pool was lovely and spotless. Breakfast came warm and delicious, and Chef Joe is a wonderful person as well as a great cook. I hadn’t known about this cozy spot before, but now I have somewhere to stay next time I need it. May the Lord continue to prosper this beautiful place.

The garden courtyard and pool had a private, almost enchanted feel, like stepping into another world. Breakfast was the perfect finishing touch. Joe and Diego, who run this family business, were so helpful with ideas for places to eat and enjoy in the city. They also made one of the best espressos I’ve ever had. The service was extremely attentive.

Nelson cleaned the pool and outdoor area every day, and the views were hard to beat. Our church group of 11 was well accommodated, and I enjoyed every part of my stay. There was private parking and free WiFi, too. Breakfast each morning was delicious and generous, with hot coffee ready before I even got up. It’s a family run business where they really go above and beyond for guests. I’d stay again if I return to Honduras. Refugio de la Montana is an affordable, beautiful place to visit.

The food is incredible, and the whole place has a charming feel. The rooms are modern, clean, and very comfortable. It works just as well for a group event as for a couple. One of San Pedro Sula’s best kept secrets.

Clean, spacious, comfortable rooms and excellent service made for a lovely stay. This beautiful bed and breakfast sits at the foot of the mountains in San Pedro Sula. If you're visiting the city, I'd choose this place.
