We slept well: the beds were comfortable, the blankets were clean and warm, the pillows were nice, and the AC worked well. The refrigerator was clean and working too. The pool looked clear, blue-green, but our baby wasn't feeling well, so we didn't use it. There was some noise from people partying, though that's to be expected. The big problem for my family was NO WIFI! We won't stay again because internet is a deal breaker for us. Otherwise, I'd recommend the place. If something's wrong, consider what you're paying and ask for help. Most hosts will try, or they won't, but you have to ask.

We had no hot water or blankets, and there was no Wi-Fi. In a room for five people, they gave us only three towels. The door lock didn't feel safe. The front desk woman was unfriendly when we checked in, and I was charged a different price from the one I'd paid.

There's no ocean view nearby, and the shower area was acceptable. Still, it's a nice, inexpensive place if all you need is somewhere to sleep. The prices are fair, but the customer service is so-so.

The food at the restaurant was delicious, and the service was top notch. I also liked that they're pet friendly. The atmosphere was great, with welcoming paintings on the walls, and the rooms smelled fresh. The towels and sheets were soft, and the new mattresses made for a really good night's sleep. I stayed with friends from different countries, and we all had an out-of-this-world experience. My friends from India, Puerto Rico, and Sri Lanka were impressed too. I'll definitely return to La Ceiba and stay here again. Thanks, Hotel Catracho, for the wonderful service.

I wouldn't stay here again. It's cheap, but there's no Wi-Fi. The girl at the front desk gave me a room with black mold on the ceiling. When I asked to switch rooms, she got spicy.
