My daughter really enjoyed the pool and water slide, and the staff were friendly and nice. That’s why I gave it three stars. The pictures make the hotel look way nicer than it was in person. There was no hot water while we were there, and the bar was closed. Our room didn’t have a view of the beach or ocean. The doors lock from inside and outside with old-fashioned physical keys, nothing automated. There were no pool towels, so bring your own.

We stayed two nights and had a great time. It’s not the biggest hotel in La Ceiba, but it has what you might need: big rooms, nice pools, a great view, and it’s pet friendly. The prices are great, too. The owners are lovely, and they always welcome me and my colleagues in a professional, kind way. Definitely going back sometime soon.

The service was okay, but the room had moldy fridges, bed bugs, and water leaking in the bathroom. We also got electrocuted by the wires in the showerhead. Overall, 3/10.

We couldn’t sleep because a party meant loud music throughout the whole hotel, and the noise control was poor. It’s really not a good place to stay. We complained several times, but they didn’t seem to care and wouldn’t refund our money.

Whenever my colleagues and I come here, they welcome us in a kind and professional way. For a good atmosphere, good prices, and a good establishment, this is the place. Best hotel in town.
