The bathroom design was the main problem for me: shower water ran across the floor and eventually into the room. I had to use my towel to mop it up, and even after I warned my two boys to be careful, water got everywhere. I pointed out the issue and hope they fix it. Aside from that, I liked the hotel. The rooms are spacious, clean, and well kept, with large bathrooms and a big bathtub. The Wi-Fi worked well since we were near the entrance. There's a play area for soccer and trampoline jumping, plus a comfortable break room with sofas and a roomy dining area overlooking the play space. The woman at the counter was friendly and had a great attitude. There are parking spaces, enough in my opinion, and it looks like they could add more without taking away from the play area. It's at a very busy intersection between Yamaranguila and La Esperanza. Within walking distance there's a nice outdoor restaurant with very good food, and a paintball place just above it.

Everyone made us feel welcome and kept our stay safe and comfortable, and the staff were so helpful and patient while we used Google Translate for every sentence. This mission trip was especially close to my heart since it was our first one and also our 28th wedding anniversary. Gracias! Gracias! Gracias! 💓 Jarmon and Karina Constellanos gave us spot-on recommendations for hotels and restaurants in their area. I can't wait to come back!

Caridad is attentive to guests, and you can tell the hotel is a labor of love. I found it a beautiful place in the woods, with highland breezes just outside La Esperanza. I was there by myself, as I come every autumn to volunteer labor and love for the national folkloric festival "El Grande de Grandes." It's also a lovely place to relax and let kids play. For a group working together, there is a public meeting and dining area, plus outdoor space for informal meetings and walks. It's quiet and private, away from the bustle of the city center.

I stayed here in 2018 and plan to return in a few weeks. It's a great place, with a great host and family, and a great atmosphere.

The service was awesome, and I loved the experience. My girlfriend and I had a lovely romantic stay.
