I always leave happy after staying here. The price is reasonable, hot water is available, and free coffee is always in the lobby. It's right in the middle of everything in La Esperanza. The service is very good, and the beds are comfy. My room was super clean, and I got to try one of the newer rooms this time. It looked modern and was quiet. This is where I stay whenever I'm in town, and I highly recommend it, 5 stars!

It's in the center of town and still affordable, with indoor parking too. The staff are very hospitable, the beds are comfortable, and both the rooms and bathrooms were clean. Strongly recommended.

Otherwise, my stay was fine, but they should be more attentive to detail. When I came back on the day I was leaving and asked for the same room, I noticed the bedding hadn't been fully changed. The duvets still had the same marks, and the pillowcases smelled of my perfume. They don't seem to replace all the bedding, pillowcases, and duvets.
