The service when we raised the issue was rude and no help at all. The pool was also out of order, and nobody told us before we arrived. The advertising gave a misleading impression, and the stay was absolutely not worth the price. I had a terrible experience and would book somewhere else.

We came from the US to Honduras for my husband's birthday, and this stay was a huge disappointment. I booked two nights after seeing the place on TikTok, but it didn't look like what was advertised. The room smelled old, there were stale grapes on the nightstands, and there were lashes in the shower, so it didn't seem properly cleaned. The chicken we ordered was still raw. We left after one night and asked for our money back. At first they said Monday because it was Saturday, then they gave me one excuse after another. I contacted them almost every day, but they stopped replying. When I wrote from another number, they answered immediately and said I would get the refund that day. Since then, no reply. They also said they were very busy, which makes me think they need more staff. The refund story kept changing: first Monday, then a few days later, then they said it could take a month. I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. The trip wasn't worth it at all.

Most of the employees were genuinely helpful, especially the security guys, servers, and the room cleaning lady. Still, my family and I had a bad week here. A day after the toilet in our room stopped working and they called a plumber, the water was shut off for the whole night. Then, the day before checkout, there was a party right next to our room. The volume was so high that I went downstairs at 1 AM to ask the supervisor if they could turn it down. I had to drive back to the airport to catch my flight. I won't stay at this Hotel again.

We're enjoying our stay. The rooms are in good condition after the renovations, and there's hot water. The food is good, and even when we bring food from outside, they give us plates and cups. The outside could use a little work.

After a half day touring Punta Sul National Park, we were hungry and tired, and really enjoyed the food. We had seafood pasta, grilled steak with onions, and pollo planca (grilled chicken). The restaurant's air conditioning was a welcome break from the hot, sunny beach day, and the service was friendly and quick.
