A very BAD experience with apartment Terra. They canceled our stay the day before we were due to arrive, giving personal reasons. Later, we found out that the same apartment had been rented to other guests for twice the price...

The owners were friendly, and I was happy with my stay, despite what other reviews said. I’ve stayed in Croatia too many times to count, and this is one of the best apartments I’ve visited, probably the newest too.

The terrace turned out smaller than the photos suggested, and although it’s 200m to the sea, the beach is more than 400m away. The owners are nice, but they could put more of what they earn into the place. The air conditioning in the middle apartment is poorly designed.

My vacation was ruined when they canceled everything just a few days before I was due to arrive. Irresponsible, irresponsible, irresponsible! How can they cancel when I have a reservation through Booking?

They canceled my reservation just 2 days before arrival, and I still haven’t got the money back. How far from them!
