Hotel IN

We picked the hotel for its wellness facilities, but that part was a real disappointment. The jacuzzi was cold on our first day, then so hot on the last day that it was impossible to stay in. The pool felt cold throughout, despite reception saying it was 24 degrees Celsius. We also weren't told ahead of time that the sauna cost an extra €15 per person. The food and the hotel's location, though, both satisfied us.

The view is great, though. The hotel is nice and has a lot of potential, but it still isn't finished.

The breakfast restaurant staff were friendly and helpful, but the receptionist didn't seem friendly. I was very disappointed that we couldn't take a bath or shower because there was no hot water in the room we booked. They moved us to a room on the second floor, but that had no hot water either, so I had to take a cold shower. The hotel gave us a late checkout, but didn't apologize for the hot water problem.

Getting a stroller into the hotel was our biggest problem. The entrance wasn't accessible, and with the parking full in front, there was no room to squeeze between cars to the stroller or wheelchair access. Our room was on floor 0, about 15 more stairs up, while the elevator goes straight to floor 1. We had to carry the stroller up around 20-25 stairs. We stayed seven days with breakfast, with our seven-month-old daughter, and give Hotel In 3/5. The people were very nice, everything seemed new, and the view from the room or top floor was beautiful. It's outside the city but still close, about a 10-minute walk, with e-scooters for rent out front. The indoor pool was nice. Breakfast was too simple for a four-star hotel. The bathroom has a glass wall and a curtain that only pulls from one side, so someone in the room who isn't on the bed can see you on the toilet. The extra charges are expensive, parking at €5 or €15 and €30 per day for a dog. A decent hotel, but in my opinion not worth more than three stars.
