The facilities were decent and I liked the location, but the way staff spoke to me at the restaurant and lobby bar spoiled the visit. I’d prepaid for a meal that included drinks and was told the wrong place to get them. When I followed those directions, several employees, including a supervisor, acted as though I was lying or making trouble. Their dismissive, disrespectful tone left me embarrassed. I didn’t even touch the meal I’d paid for because I’d lost my appetite. The drink itself wasn’t the issue. It was how people were treated, and a little empathy and respect would have gone a long way. Never again.

The restaurant was super, and the staff were great. Amazing spa too, one of the best. We’ll come back.

The biggest issue is the chairs. People leave towels on them and treat them like claimed territory, then head back to the pool while others can’t find a seat. Some even take chairs for kids, though we all know kids don’t sit around with all the water attractions. The Hotel should limit how many chairs each person can take, or lower the ticket price and charge for chairs so people pay only for the ones they’ll use. The location is nice for spending the day, though it’s a bit pricey. You can only sit outside at the restaurant if you order coffee and cake or a pancake. That covered area gets really warm, and with no cheap fan available, it turns into an unpleasant sauna.

The other pools are warm. The kids’ slides have just opened, but go in summer if you want to try them.
