The apartment is spacious, and the balcony has a nice view. The pebble beach is close, the air conditioning works well, and Wi-Fi and satellite reception are good. Those are why I’m giving it three stars. For the price, I expected more. The furnishings are IKEA level, and you can feel each spring in the mattresses. There’s a sandwich maker but no toaster, and there’s no oven. The bathroom furniture is damaged. When we mentioned two missing fridge shelves, we got, “How did you even notice?” By looking at the empty guide rails, apparently. The pool is tiny, and the parking garage’s sliding gate system is pointless and impractical. The accommodation is on a main road that didn’t show up on the maps. It’s already noisy there, and the neighbors across the street are practically always out on the road, honking. More style than substance, and overpriced for what it is.

The sea view from the accommodation is nice, and the parking is thoughtfully set right below the windows. The pool and terrace are nice too, and the air conditioning works well. My main issue was the owner constantly checking on us even though we followed the accommodation rules. We were meant to leave the terrace at 10:00 PM after dinner, but at 9:40 PM he was already standing over us, despite knowing we left on time every day. On the last day, we washed and deflated our inflatables on the terrace, and he took them and threw them in the trash.
