I can't leave Australia because of the government lockdowns, so I asked for my money back. They offered an 18-month extension, but expect me to choose the dates now. I expect to travel in 2022, and they've now limited how long their offer is available. They're being unreasonable. If they had refunded me and shown the understanding others did, I'd make sure to stay there once I was allowed to travel. Please be reasonable and return my money. Debra

Ana was so nice and welcomed me with homemade chocolate cake and orange and lemon juice. Midweek, she surprised me with homemade cheesy rolls and a bottle of wine. The apartment was spotless and had all the amenities you'd expect at home. I especially appreciated the air con when it got close to 30°C. The location was great too, less than a five-minute walk from the walled town and the airport bus stops. Nearby there was a nice bar with beer at £3 or less per litre, a bakery, and mini markets with very reasonable prices.
