Orka Apartments

The only real letdown was the attached restaurant's discounted breakfast. The poached eggs were so undercooked the whites were running everywhere. I'd suggest breakfast at the nearby Orka hotel buffet instead, which is open to everyone. The hotel itself was good value, and I enjoyed my stay. The rooms were comfortable and the staff kind, though you'll need a bus or taxi to get to the old town.

The internet in my suite was very slow and kept dropping out. Otherwise, I had a great stay at Orka Apartments. The suite has lots of appliances and is fully furnished, with a great view. There's a supermarket nearby for groceries, and the local bus gets you to the old town in around 15 minutes.

The pool is such a peaceful little oasis, hard to believe how quiet it is beside a busy street. When the air con gave us trouble, management replaced the whole unit that same day, which we really needed. The apartments are lovely and the staff are amazing. The restaurant looks beautiful but is sooo expensive, while breakfast was very good value. We'd love to come back :)

The family were lovely when they met us on arrival, and I've been telling people since we got back from Croatia that they should stay here. It's a gorgeous family-run apartment with a beautiful pool overlooking one of Dubrovnik's ports. There's a cooker, fridge, and everything else we needed. The old town is about a 10-minute bus ride, with the stop three minutes' walk around the corner; Sunset beach is around a 15-minute walk. There are nice restaurants and small supermarkets nearby too. I'd 100% recommend it to anyone visiting Dubrovnik.
