Our room was moldy and smelled bad, with water dripping down the wall and puddles collecting on the floor. Staff said they hadn't known about the issues, though reviews on booking complain about them. They said they'd send a refund, then refused. The worst experience.

They never sent instructions for getting into the apartment. We called, and our booking company tried reaching them several times too, but nobody answered. It could even be some kind of scam. Thankfully, we got a refund through the booking app.
