10/10
The lively neighborhood has plenty of restaurants, cafes and shops, and the beach is close by, yet the apartment still feels peaceful when you want to rest. Inside, the furniture looks stylish and brand new, and the place feels clean and elegant, with everything in its place. You can tell from the moment you walk in that a lot of care went into the details. It also has everything you might need during your stay, including travel guides, maps and directions.

The hosts are so kind and helpful, and that's a big reason I return every year. The apartment is cozy, super clean, and has everything you need. Definitely one of the best places in Lapad. Highly recommend it!

It’s clean and a good size, with a great location. The beach is close, but the apartment sits away from the crowds.
