It has that cozy, grandparents' house kind of feel, and everything we needed was nearby, including two grocery stores, the beach, and bus stops. Nikola was so nice, gave us ice cream and some free shots. I'd definitely recommend staying here.

The owner's family made us feel so welcome, and the place was clean and peaceful. We had a lovely view from the balcony. The bus stop, shop, and ATM were all within walking distance, and we were really happy staying here.

The customer service was terrible. After they refused to respond to my request to cancel without fees, which Booking offers as an option, they still didn't answer my texts. Instead, I kept getting automated messages as though I were still planning to check in. I was told they would report me for 'guest misconduct' because I said I'd write a bad review after they stopped getting back to me. If they're willing to keep my money without offering any compensation, I have every right to share this awful experience and the terrible service from Guest House Misita. Stay away from this place.

The staff were really nice, and the view was lovely, with the whole city in sight.
