The owner was thoughtful and helpful, while giving guests privacy and looking after their comfort. Our room was very clean, with a big terrace, comfortable bed, bathtub, and great wifi. It's a charming guesthouse in a central spot, near the port and old town, with bus stops, a beach, grocery stores, and a bakery close by. The shared kitchen and dining room were useful too. There was a microwave, coffee makers, electric kettles, a fridge, an electric cooker, plates, and other dishes.

The rooms are clean and very warm, with a beautiful view over the sea. Cvetka is a wonderful host, and her house is in a fabulous spot.

Beach Bellevue is just a 10 minute walk away, and the apartment is really well placed. Buses connect nearby, and old town is about 20 minutes on foot. Supermarkets, a pharmacy, bakery, car rental, restaurants, fast food, and tobacco shops are all close. Do be aware that you reach the property by stairs. The owner was so kind and lovely, taking care of us from the first day. The rooms were clean and welcoming, and the terrace had a beautiful sea view. Highly recommended 👍🏻

Cvetka is such a nice woman and likes a chat ;-) She even made homemade jam for us and the other guests. The room and the rest of the house were spotless during our very pleasant 3 night stay. Highly recommended for a visit to beautiful Dubrovnik.
