Vesna was especially welcoming and hospitable, and took time to help and make my stay comfortable. It’s a beautiful area and a convenient location, with lots of helpful things for guests. I accidentally left my door unlocked, and Vesna let me know that another guest had kindly brought it to her attention. Everything was still there and intact. I’ll definitely be back!

Kala Luxury Rooms by DuHomes is in Lapad, close to the beach on foot and a quick ride from the Old Town. The rooms are modern, spotlessly clean and well equipped, and some have lovely sea views. It’s a quiet, convenient base, with friendly, attentive staff and a relaxing outdoor jacuzzi. A stylish, comfortable place to stay in Dubrovnik.

The staff were consistently friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. I also enjoyed the luxurious, comfortable feel of the rooms, and the outdoor jacuzzi was a relaxing extra. Getting around was easy: the bus station is a three-minute walk away, and the historic center, Stari Grad, is a 15-minute bus ride. I had an outstanding stay at KALA and highly recommend it for its location, amenities and service.

The bed was the most comfortable one on our whole trip. The bedroom was really nice, and buses stop very close to the hotel. It’s about a 30-minute walk to the old town.
