Palace Natali

I had such a good time at Palace Natali. The grounds were beautifully kept, and the staff were kind and attentive. It felt personal and polished without losing its charm. The view, pool, food, and drinks could easily keep you there all day. Highly recommend!

Daniel, Sanja, and Katarina made the stay memorable with such attentive service. The hotel and the area around it are gorgeous, and it has the calm feel of your own private villa, with staff there whenever you need them. Absolutely breathtaking.

We loved how quiet and elegant Palace Natali felt, and the pool was a lovely place to unwind. The staff were warm, attentive, and always happy to help. Breakfast was enjoyable in a nice setting, though the choices felt a little limited during the first few days for a 5-star property. More items appeared near the end of our stay, which was a welcome change. The Old Town is around 800 meters away, but Dubrovnik’s layout means plenty of steps on the walk back and forth. It’s quite a workout, so taking an Uber back up may be useful depending on your energy and mobility. We spent 8 lovely days here and had a really enjoyable time. The hotel is beautiful, cozy, and peaceful, a great spot to settle down and clear a busy mind. I’d recommend it for a quiet boutique stay in Dubrovnik.

The setting is beautiful and the staff are cordial. The food was good, though the selection was limited, and the bar is small and not very appealing. The Wi-Fi was miserable, and they rely heavily on a glitchy web app. The TV was mounted flat against a wall with no seat facing it, and selecting channels was nearly impossible. It didn’t feel like a 5-star stay.
