I booked this accommodation for my family for four nights and got confirmation. Some time later, the host and Booking.com messaged me asking me to cancel because of “unforeseen circumstances.” I did, then went back to look for somewhere else and saw that Villa Marini Dvori still had the same rooms available on those exact dates, but at a higher price. That was less than half an hour after I cancelled. I messaged Villa Marini Dvori about it and got no reply. Not good business. I don't recommend it because there's no guarantee they'll honor your reservation.

Set inside a beautiful walled garden, the apartment felt private and peaceful while still giving us views of the nearby docks and surrounding area. It's in a picturesque spot close to the sea and Dubrovnik, and I'd happily stay again if I get back to Croatia. The owner was friendly and very helpful. We were welcomed with homemade cakes and drinks, and got useful local advice. Everything was clean and tidy, with comfortable beds, AC in the rooms, and all the equipment we needed.

We were three women visiting for a weekend in October, and we'd happily come back. The apartment was calm and pleasant, with a genuine feel and possibly the best location. Beds were comfortable, the closet was big, and the bathroom was good. Everything was clean. The owner, Mara, was lovely and gave us helpful tips.

Mara, the owner, is a real treasure: warm, welcoming, and full of useful tips and knowledge about places to visit. The property is spotless and has a lovely garden. It's in a quiet area, but still an easy walk to the beach and restaurants. Highly recommend.

The peaceful garden was a lovely place to relax, and the house was very comfortable. It's also ideally located for visiting Dubrovnik. Mara, thank you for making our vacation so good. We'll definitely come back and recommend your home to our friends and family. See you soon! Gautier & Loren
