The owner Ivan was wonderful and always checked that we were all right and had what we needed. The villa was spotless, and every room had good equipment. We found the kitchen great for cooking, with loads of fridge and freezer space, ideal for a family or larger group. I felt calm as soon as I walked in. The pool and jacuzzi views are sensational, and Villa Pauline is beautiful. It’s an easy walk to the old town and its centre, yet far enough away to get some quiet from the summer crowds. Thanks for a perfect stay, I’ll definitely be back! :)

We spent hours by the pool and hot tub, looking out at that spectacular view. The short walk into the old town was easy, and coming back to such a quiet, private sanctuary was wonderful. It was the best family holiday we’ve taken with our adult children. Ivan was always available and incredibly accommodating, whether we needed transportation arranged or a private chef hired. His attention to detail showed in the stocked wine fridge, daily maid service and chef’s kitchen. The villa is immaculate, with modern, inviting design and unmatched views from every level. The photos don’t do it justice. Don’t second guess yourself, it’s a perfect place to stay.

Vila Paulina was such a great stay. Every room feels thoughtfully put together for guests. Five stars don’t seem like enough, I’d give it infinity. If you need somewhere to stay in Dubrovnik, this is the place!

From the beautifully decorated rooms to the stunning views over the old town, Villa Paulina feels elegant and comfortable. The location is ideal, and Ivan was a warm, very helpful host. I’d love to return.

The owners were friendly and helpful, and the service was great. Everything felt fresh and clean, with a simple style and a distinctive design. We enjoyed the views and our time in beautiful Dubrovnik. This place has its own special character, though I’ll keep that part a secret ;)
