Villa Pusic

The location was perfect, just six minutes from the beach, and the owner was incredibly helpful. He drove us to the grocery store and helped whenever we needed anything. He even mailed back the belongings we’d left behind. We’d absolutely stay here again!

There’s a large, open living room and plenty of bedrooms, with stunning views from the balcony. You can walk to the beach and use the lift at the nearby hotel. The city center is a bit far, but buses are easy to catch and Uber is convenient too.

The town is close by on foot, though getting back means climbing a lot of steps, and the old town is an easy Uber ride away. I’d stay in this location again, but I’d choose a cleaner, better-kept apartment. Ours had one double bed and two singles, but felt dated and neglected. The towels and linens were old and stained, and the apartment smelled musty.

We had a peaceful stay in a clean, spacious apartment with a lovely view over the Adriatic Sea. The villa is in a great spot in Lapad. Bus 6 comes every 15 minutes and takes about 20 minutes to the old town, though the stop is a 15-minute walk away. The owner was welcoming and even made lovely stone jewelry for our kids. We really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend it.
