The area worked really well, with a supermarket, some restaurants, and a bus stop nearby for getting to the old city. Copacabana and sunset beach are both about the same distance away, though I’d personally pick Copacabana beach. The bedrooms and bathrooms were clean, but the kitchen could use a better clean. The hob barely got hot enough to cook properly, and there’s no washing machine in the 2 bedroom apartment, so bear that in mind for a longer stay. The apartment did what we needed, though I’d call it 3.5 stars.

For our family of four, with daughters aged 9 and 12, this was great value for three nights. The owner, Božo, lives right there and was available if we needed anything. Having a parking spot included was a bonus with our rental car, and the washing machine plus outdoor drying area came in handy. Studenac is just around the corner, and we could walk to Copacabana and Lapad beaches as well as nearby restaurants. We took an Uber to the Old Town whenever we wanted, for about €10, and it arrived within a couple of minutes. We enjoyed the stay and recommend the place.

Mr. Bozo is a friendly host who can give advice for a good vacation. He organizes tours and transfers, and his knowledge can also help with renting a car. He is a little strict, though. We couldn't even close the door normally without him coming over because of the noise. The location is quite central, close to the beautiful, well-equipped Copacabana Beach and Coral Beach. There’s also an outdoor area where you can relax. Highly recommended.

The terrace was lovely, and there’s parking on the property. The apartment was clean and had all the equipment we needed, and the owner was very nice.
